Mr. Arpan Desai co-founded Brij Group alongside Mr. Krunal Desai, bringing a builder's instinct and a designer's eye to every development. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in property development, he has been the driving creative force behind Brij Group's distinctive architectural identity.

A Civil Engineer by training, Mr. Arpan Desai is involved in every project from initial conception to final completion. His passion for functional design — spaces that work beautifully for the people living in them — sets every Brij Group development apart from the competition.

He oversees the architectural and design direction of all projects, ensuring that the balance between aesthetic ambition and engineering reality is always maintained. Every elevation, every floor plan and every finish specification carries his personal sign-off.
