Behind every home that ages well is a set of material decisions made correctly at the construction stage. Once the walls are up, many of these choices cannot be undone — which is why getting them right the first time matters so much.
Cement & Concrete
At Brij Group, we use OPC 53-grade cement from ISI-certified manufacturers for all structural elements. We follow the IS code specifications for water-cement ratios strictly — a discipline that many smaller developers skip in favour of cost savings.
Steel Reinforcement
We use Fe-500D TMT bars — the highest standard for residential construction — providing earthquake resistance and long-term structural integrity. Every steel delivery comes with mill certificates that are kept on site.
Flooring
Premium vitrified tiles (800×800 and larger) in living areas, and slip-resistant ceramic in bathrooms and wash areas. Italian marble options are available for our premium projects. Thickness and absorption rate matter — we specify both.
Doors & Windows
Main doors use solid-core flush design with designer laminate — not hollow-core. Internal doors use semi-solid construction. Windows use premium aluminium sections with double-chamber profiles for thermal and acoustic performance.
Electrical & Plumbing
CPVC pipes for hot water, UPVC for cold — both with superior chemical resistance compared to standard PVC. Electrical uses ISI-marked cables and branded modular switches with MCB-protected distribution boards in every flat.
